JOB OVERVIEW

Fit'nHealthy Forever is a US health coaching brand for women 40+, led by a clinical nutritionist with 24+ years of experience who has helped over 10,000 women. We're hiring a long-term Show-Rate Specialist to make warm phone calls to women who registered for our free live Masterclass.

YOUR ONE GOAL: get the women who registered to show up live. You're not selling and you're not booking calls. You're confirming her seat in a warm, unhurried, friendly way.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Call every new registrant within 5 minutes of her signing up (Call 1)
- On Wednesday (Masterclass day), call every registrant for that night's Masterclass with our Call 2 script, working alongside a teammate
- Dial and record every call inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Track calls, pickups and voicemails in Google Sheets using simple checkboxes
- Log each woman's goal in her own words and send a short end-of-day report in Slack

SCHEDULE (EST)
- Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: start 11:30am, about 2-4 hrs
- Sat: start 4:00pm, about 2-4 hrs
- Sun: start 5:00pm, about 2-4 hrs
- Wed: 9:00am to 5:30pm
About 27 hours per week total. Some days take 2 hours, some take 4, depending on sign-ups.

PAY
- $600 USD/month base pay
- Show-rate bonus every Masterclass: $60 at 25%+, $95 at 30%+, $150 at 35%+
- On-target month: about $815. Record month: about $1,000+
- Paid monthly (1st to 5th) via Wise

REQUIREMENTS
- Female (you'll be speaking with women 40+)
- Clear English accent easily understood by an American woman
- Quality headset or microphone, no background noise
- Strong, stable wifi
- Great conversation skills and well organized
- Available for the full weekly schedule above

EXPERIENCE
- Experience with GoHighLevel, Google Sheets or Slack
- Phone-based customer service, sales or appointment setting experience
