JOB OVERVIEW

We are a social media marketing company looking for an Onboarding & Customer Care Representative who will go on calls with new customers, explain how the product works, share best practices, and help them get started successfully.

Who We Are Looking For
Warm and friendly personality – good with people.
Good English with no or US accent.
Experience in customer care or other client-facing roles.
Someone who is available to work US business hours.

Requirement
This is a client-facing position, so you will be on video calls with clients. A good camera, professional attire, and a quality microphone are required.

Responsibilities
Attend onboarding calls scheduled with new clients.
Answer customer questions and demonstrate the best way to use our product (video templates for music promotion).
Ensure every customer leaves the onboarding feeling happy, informed, and confident that we genuinely care about them as a company.
