JOB OVERVIEW




I run Motionix, a content agency for online fitness coaches. I need one reliable person who finds the right coaches on Instagram every week. Accuracy matters more than volume.

A LEAD MUST MATCH ALL 8:
1. Male or female coach, 5,000–50,000 followers
2. Posts in English
3. Bio says online coach (online coaching, online PT, apply for coaching…)
4. Helps a specific group or goal (busy dads, moms, women over 40, fat loss, muscle building…)
5. Posts video regularly (2+ per week, active in the last 14 days)
6. Shows client results (transformations, before/after, testimonials)
7. Educational content (gym, exercise tips, technique), not only selfies or motivation
8. No "comment [word]" / "DM me [word]" at the end of videos

EXAMPLES – look at these to see what the content should look like. Your leads should have similar content AND match all 8 criteria:

HOW IT WORKS: paid test for shortlisted applicants, then paid per accepted lead (leads that don't match all 8 are not paid). Around 100 leads per week.
