JOB OVERVIEW

HIRING: Operations & SOP Manager | Remote

? EXPERIENCE REQUIRED | VIDEO APPLICATION REQUIRED

We are looking for an experienced **Operations & SOP Manager** to help organize, document, and improve our daily business operations.

We operate multiple businesses in credit repair, real estate, financial education, and other services.

We need someone who can take our existing processes, organize them into clear systems, create SOPs, assign responsibilities, and make sure our team operates efficiently.

**We are NOT looking for someone who needs to be taught how to create SOPs or manage workflows.**

## Key Responsibilities

✅ Create clear step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every department.

✅ Organize company tasks, projects, and daily workflows.

✅ Build checklists and training documents for employees.

✅ Help organize our CRM, calendars, onboarding, sales, and follow-up processes.

✅ Assign tasks to team members and track deadlines.

✅ Identify problems, missing processes, and opportunities for improvement.

✅ Make sure employees follow company systems and procedures.

✅ Create daily and weekly performance reports for management.

✅ Work with the CEO to turn ideas into organized, repeatable systems.

✅ Help automate repetitive tasks using available business tools.

Requirements

- Previous experience in operations management, SOP development, or project management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using project management software.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, or similar business tools.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to create SOPs independently using written instructions, screenshots, and Loom videos.
- Experience managing remote teams and tracking accountability.
- Comfortable attending Zoom meetings with camera ON.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work without constant supervision.

**Experience with GoHighLevel, credit repair, real estate, or online education businesses is a major bonus.**
