JOB OVERVIEW

Primary Responsibilities:

Verify dental insurance benefits for patients.
Obtain comprehensive insurance breakdowns (coverage, deductibles, frequencies, waiting periods, etc.).
Input insurance details accurately into Open Dental software.
Maintain up-to-date records and patient profiles.
Collaborate with our in-office team to ensure smooth scheduling and billing processes.er the next few weeks.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Previous experience with dental insurance verification
Familiarity with Open Dental software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Technical Requirements:

Reliable high-speed internet connection.
A computer or laptop capable of running dental software and secure data handling.
A quiet and professional workspace.
