JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented CSR to handle customer emails and data entry for our e-commerce business.

Pay: $4 USD per hour
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 7 days per week including weekends
Email support only no phone calls

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer emails clearly and professionally.

Handle order inquiries, shipping updates, returns, and refunds according to company policies.

Follow up on unresolved customer cases.

Complete data entry tasks and keep records accurate and organized.

Requirements:

Strong written English.

Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Reliable internet connection and a computer.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Previous e-commerce customer service experience is preferred.

Full availability is mandatory: 8 hours every day, 7 days a week, totaling 56 hours per week. Please apply only if you can commit to this schedule.
