JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing garage door service company looking for a confident, organized Inbound Sales Representative to answer customer calls and turn inquiries into booked appointments.

You will be the first person customers speak with when they need a garage door repair, opener, or new door. We need someone who listens carefully, explains the next steps clearly, and confidently asks for the booking.

Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls promptly with a friendly, professional approach.
• Understand the customer's issue, collect accurate details, and explain our services.
• Provide pricing using company guidelines and handle common questions or objections.
• Book appointments based on technician availability and service areas.
• Return missed calls and respond to new inquiries by phone or text.
• Follow up with customers who received a quote but have not scheduled.
• Keep customer notes, appointment details, and lead statuses accurate in our systems.


What we are looking for
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, confident phone presence.
• Previous experience in inbound sales, appointment setting, or a customer service role that involved booking appointments.
• Ability to handle price questions, build trust, and guide customers toward a decision without being pushy.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Comfortable learning CRM software and managing several conversations at once.
• Reliable internet, a good headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Experience in garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or another home service business is a plus. Familiarity with Jobber, Quo/OpenPhone, or similar tools is helpful.

Success in this role means calls are answered, qualified inquiries become booked appointments, and every customer receives timely follow-up.
