JOB OVERVIEW

We are a home decor app (AI interior design). We produce short UGC style videos every day and we need reliable people to post them on our TikTok and Instagram accounts and keep those accounts growing.

THE SETUP
- 12 accounts to start: 4 UK, 4 Italy, 4 Spain. We plan to hire one person per country (3 people). You can apply for more than one country.
- Each account has its own creator style. Videos, captions and hashtags are ready in the right language (English, Italian, Spanish). You do NOT need to speak Italian or Spanish.
- More accounts will be added if results are good.

YOUR DAILY TASKS
- Post 1 to 2 videos per account per day at the planned local time (UK, Italy, Spain). Europe evenings, so night shift in the Philippines, or scheduled posts when the app allows it.
- Use exactly the caption, hashtags and sound we give you. Add a trending sound when we ask.
- First 2 weeks: warm up each account with 15 to 20 minutes of normal use per day in the niche (interior design, home decor, architecture): watch, like, follow, save.
- Reply to comments with our templates (use a translation tool for Italian and Spanish) and pin the best comment.
- Log every post in our Google Sheet: link, date, views at 24h and 72h.
- Send a short daily report: what was posted, views, and any warning or restriction on an account.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience managing several TikTok or Instagram accounts at the same time. Send links and view counts of accounts you have grown.
- Good written English, very organised, never misses a posting time.
- Own smartphone and stable internet.
- CapCut basics (text, sound) is a plus.
- Available 7 days a week, or tell us your schedule.

PAY
- Fixed monthly pay for about 20 hours per week, plus a bonus for every video that passes 100K views.
- 1 week paid trial before the long term contract.
