About Us:
We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Event Organizer to support our planning, marketing, and coordination efforts remotely.
Role Overview:
You will handle behind-the-scenes logistics, client communications, database research, and social media promotion required to make every event a seamless experience and drive attendee participation.
Key Responsibilities & Required Experience:
* Event Logistics & Technical Support: Oversee end-to-end event planning, including timeline coordination, delegate registration, technical setups, and troubleshooting for seamless execution.
* Database & CRM Management: Conduct comprehensive market research to build, clean, and manage accurate attendee databases and sales lists using CRM tools to segment audiences and personalize outreach.
* Social Media & Content Creation: Plan and execute marketing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) by creating engaging banners, videos, and graphics to increase visibility and delegate registrations.
* Calendar Management: Maintain highly organized schedules, managing overlapping commitments for event teams, speakers, and client meetings.

Compensation:
Base on your post we reviewed in advance before asking to interview.


* 3% to 5% commission draw based on performance and event outcomes.
Requirements:
* Must have 1-2 years of proven experience in the exact responsibilities listed above.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C2 Advanced/Mastery preferred).
* Must track all working hours using the TimeProof tracker on OnlineJobs.ph.
