JOB OVERVIEW

Builder of custom and architectural homes, knockdown-rebuilds and commercial projects in Melbourne. We need a 3D visualiser whose renders look like photos of the finished home, good enough that a client signs off on finishes from them.

WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE
A client should not be able to tell your render from a photo. Correct scale, real materials (stone, timber, tile, render, cladding), accurate lighting for the time of day, believable furniture and landscaping, and camera angles a real photographer would use. Interiors and exteriors, day and dusk.

SKETCHUP – REQUIRED
Our models come to you in SketchUp (some from ArchiCAD via export). You must work confidently from SketchUp files every day. If you can't render from SketchUp, please don't apply.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take SketchUp models and produce photorealistic interior and exterior renders
- Apply real product finishes from our selections (colours, tiles, benchtops, cladding, fixtures)
- Produce render sets for client presentations, marketing and our website
- Produce walkthrough or flythrough videos where a job needs it
- Clean up and fix imported models so they render correctly
- Turn revisions around quickly from our designer's markups
- Work with our designer and project team

TOOLS
- Essential: SketchUp plus at least one of V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render or Twinmotion
- Nice to have: ArchiCAD, Photoshop post-production, 3ds Max / Corona, Unreal Engine

ABOUT YOU
- A portfolio of your MOST REALISTIC work on real residential projects, interiors and exteriors
- You understand light, materials and composition, not just software settings
- Fast AND accurate. We will ask how long each render took, and we will check.
- Clear written English; you take review comments well and turn them around quickly
- A machine that handles heavy scenes (32 GB RAM, strong dedicated graphics card, SSD) and stable, fast internet

HOURS AND PAY
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, overlapping Victorian business hours (Victoria is 2–3 hours ahead of Manila)
- PHP 70,000–90,000 per month, set by the realism and speed of your work
- 4-week paid trial, then a long-term role with a growing builder

HOW TO APPLY
Apply through OnlineJobs. Applications missing any item below will not be assessed.

Subject line, exactly: RENDER-SKP – [Your Full Name]

Include:
1. Your CV
2. A portfolio link showing your 5 MOST REALISTIC renders (interior and exterior) from real projects
3. For two of those renders, the SketchUp model screenshot next to the final render, as Google Drive links
4. Which render engine you used for each, and how many hours each took from model to final image
5. What work or clients are you committed to now, and what notice would you need? What are your PC specs (graphics card) and internet speed?

We read every application that follows the brief, and we will invite shortlisted applicants to a short paid test render.
