JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking an experienced IT Help Desk person. In this role you will help with vulnerability scanning, report generation, desktop and server patching. Will involve coordination, scheduling and implementation of application and OS patches. Strong knowledge of windows is a must. Knowledge of linux would be a plus. Being able to follow a process strictly is very important. Will work with NinjaRMM, vulnerability scanning software and security tools. Strong understanding of updating windows OS and 3rd party software. After training the hours worked will be evenings PST (until 9pm) in the US.
