JOB OVERVIEW

Equitable Lending is hiring multiple telemarketing representatives based in the Philippines to support our U.S. mortgage team. We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals with strong English communication skills and a professional phone presence.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided scripts.

Identify interested prospects and schedule follow-up calls with our mortgage team.

Maintain accurate call records and contact information.

Meet established calling and appointment goals.

Requirements:

Strong spoken and written English.

Previous telemarketing, cold calling, or call center experience preferred.

Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally.

Ability to work hours aligned with U.S. Pacific Time.

Reliable internet, a computer, a headset, and a quiet workspace.
