JOB OVERVIEW

We are a marketing agency in Washington, DC. We shoot content for restaurants, med spas and local businesses and post it on Instagram, ---------- and Facebook. We need an editor who can turn raw footage into reels that look like the business, not like a template.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Edit 30 to 60 second reels from raw phone and camera footage we upload to a shared drive
- Clean cuts, pacing to the music, captions in our brand fonts, light color, no cheesy effects
- Follow a shot list and a one-line brief per reel, deliver within 48 hours
- 20 to 40 reels a month across 5 to 10 clients, growing
- One revision round per reel, then it ships
- Keep a simple tracker of what is done, in progress and waiting on footage

TOOLS
CapCut or Premiere, Canva for caption styles. You bring your own machine and software.

PAY
$7 to $12 per finished reel depending on complexity, paid every two weeks via Wise or PayPal. Steady monthly volume, long term.

You have a portfolio of food, hospitality or lifestyle reels, you can match an existing brand style instead of imposing your own, and you hit deadlines without being chased.
