About MyMagicHealer
MyMagicHealer is a fast-growing skincare brand helping people stress less over their skin. We've served hundreds of thousands of customers across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
We're looking for a talented, proactive designer who can create high-performing Meta ads and bring fresh creative ideas to the team.
We're not looking for someone who just follows briefs. We want a creative thinker who takes initiative, understands advertising, and constantly looks for ways to make ads perform better.
What You'll Do
Design high-converting static ads for Meta.
Turn creative briefs, hooks, and customer insights into compelling visuals.
Create multiple variations of winning ad concepts.
Proactively research competitors, trends, and new creative angles.
Analyze winning and losing ads to improve future designs.
Test different layouts, headlines, product presentations, and offers.
Collaborate with our creative and growth teams.
Deliver high-quality work quickly and consistently.
What We're Looking For
Strong graphic design skills and excellent visual taste.
Experience designing Meta ads or ecommerce creatives.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
Understanding of direct-response advertising and consumer psychology.
Ability to work independently and proactively suggest ideas.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Comfortable receiving feedback and making fast iterations.
Strong, reliable internet and availability for 20 hours per week.
Experience with DTC, beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus.
What Success Looks Like
You consistently produce strong creatives, meet deadlines, bring fresh ideas, and use performance feedback to improve your work.
You don't just ask, "Does this look good?" You ask, "Will this ad actually convert?"
For the right person, there's an opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
