JOB OVERVIEW

Experienced Store Manager – Skincare & Beauty Brand

We are an exciting skincare brand preparing to launch our physical retail store, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Store Manager to lead our store from the initial launch and beyond.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the very beginning, helping us successfully open our store, build a strong retail team, and create an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for someone with proven retail management experience, preferably within the skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

Store Launch & Preparation

Take an active role in preparing and coordinating the store opening.

Assist with store setup, merchandising, product displays, inventory organization, and operational procedures.

Recruit, train, and prepare retail staff for a successful launch.

Ensure the store is fully operational and ready to deliver an excellent customer experience from day one.

Coordinate launch activities and support a smooth opening.

Daily Store Management

Oversee all daily store operations and ensure everything runs efficiently.

Manage, motivate, train, and supervise the retail team.

Create staff schedules and manage daily responsibilities.

Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation, and cleanliness.

Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational challenges professionally.

Sales & Business Growth

Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Develop strategies to increase conversion rates, average order value, and customer loyalty.

Monitor store performance and report key sales metrics.

Identify opportunities to improve store operations and profitability.

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Ensure the team has excellent product knowledge and can confidently recommend skincare products.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with significant management responsibilities.

Preferably experience within skincare, cosmetics, beauty, or premium retail.

Demonstrated ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets.

Experience with store openings or new retail launches is a strong advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Excellent customer service and sales abilities.

Good understanding of inventory management, retail operations, and visual merchandising.

Proactive, reliable, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.

Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and customer experience.
