JOB OVERVIEW

Strict Accountability Coach + Dating Assistant (3 Hours Daily Calls + StickK Referee)

Description:
I am looking for a highly disciplined, reliable, and proactive accountability coach who can stay on live voice calls with me for approximately 3 hours per day.
My primary goal is to consistently take action instead of avoiding difficult tasks.
A major focus will be social confidence challenges, including approaching women in public on a daily basis.
In addition to accountability coaching, I am also looking for support with online dating outreach and date coordination.
I am not looking for therapy, emotional support, or motivation.
I am looking for strict accountability, execution, discipline, and measurable results.

Responsibilities:
Accountability Coaching
Stay on live calls with me for up to 3 hours per day.
Monitor my progress in real time.
Push me to take action when I hesitate or make excuses.
Maintain a daily scoreboard of completed tasks.
Set daily targets and review results.
Require proof when appropriate.
Provide firm accountability and direct feedback.
Act as my StickK referee and honestly verify whether goals were completed.

Social Confidence Challenges:
One of my most important goals is approaching women in public on a daily basis to improve social confidence.
The coach should:
Help me commit to a specific number of approaches per day.
Hold me accountable for reaching that number.
Challenge avoidance behavior and excuses.
Monitor progress throughout the day.
Help me stay consistent and focused on execution.

Online Dating & Outreach Support:
In addition to live accountability coaching, I would like support with online dating outreach and date coordination.
Responsibilities include:
Managing outreach through social media and dating platforms where permitted by the platform's terms of service.
Identifying potential matches based on criteria I provide.
Assisting with outreach messages and follow-ups.
Tracking conversations and follow-ups.
Managing a CRM or spreadsheet of contacts and interactions.
Coordinating dates and scheduling calls or meetings.
Helping optimize profiles, photos, and messaging strategies.
Providing regular reports on outreach activity and results.

Important:
All communication must be honest, ethical, and compliant with the rules of the respective platform.
The goal is to create genuine opportunities for real-life conversations and dates.

Accountability System:
I use StickK commitment contracts as a personal accountability tool.
Any financial penalties apply only to me and are funded by me.
Your role is not to pay any penalties or assume any financial responsibility.
Your responsibility is simply to act as an independent referee and honestly verify whether the agreed goals and commitments were completed.
If goals are not achieved, StickK may apply consequences according to my personal commitment contract.
This system is intended solely to increase my personal accountability and does not create any financial obligation for the coach.
The coach's role is to honestly verify whether the goals were completed.

Ideal Candidate:
Strong personality.
Comfortable being firm and direct.
Excellent spoken English.
Reliable internet and phone connection.
Experience with accountability coaching, performance coaching, confidence coaching, sales coaching, appointment setting, outreach, or habit building.
Comfortable spending several hours per day on live calls.
Highly reliable and results-oriented.
