JOB OVERVIEW

**List Perfectly Virtual Assistant – AI Listing Review & Cross-Listing (Piecework)**

We are a growing U.S.-based clothing resale business seeking an experienced virtual assistant to manage product listings and cross-listing using **List Perfectly**.

We currently use List Perfectly's AI tools to generate product titles and descriptions. We are happy with the AI-generated content and simply need someone to review it, make minor corrections or improvements when necessary, and publish the listings across multiple marketplaces.

**Responsibilities:**
- Use List Perfectly's AI-generated titles and descriptions.
- Review listings for accuracy and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Verify brands, sizes, categories, conditions, and other product details.
- Cross-list products to **Poshmark, eBay, Depop, and Vinted**.
- Make any necessary adjustments to meet individual marketplace requirements.
- Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and successfully published.
- Maintain accurate inventory SKUs and listing records.

**Compensation:**

This is a **piecework position, paid per completed inventory item rather than hourly**. Compensation includes reviewing the AI-generated listing, making necessary adjustments, and publishing it across the designated marketplaces.

We have a substantial existing inventory and regularly acquire additional merchandise, providing opportunities for consistent, long-term work.

**Qualifications:**
- Experience using List Perfectly strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Poshmark, eBay, Depop, and Vinted.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written English.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
