JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Logistics Manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish to oversee daily logistics operations, coordinate orders, monitor inventory, and maintain effective communication with warehouses, customers, and external partners.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills, basic software proficiency, and the ability to manage operational tasks efficiently. Prior logistics or inventory management experience is an advantage, but candidates who demonstrate strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

*Key Responsibilities*

Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, order processing, and fulfillment.
Communicate with customers, warehouse personnel, and external partners in both English and Spanish.
Track inventory availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
Proactively follow up on pending orders, shipments, and inventory concerns.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records and update information using SqUID ERP or similar management systems.
Prepare daily employee reports and monitor assigned operational KPIs.
Identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions.


*Required Skills & Qualifications*

Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal (Required).
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with ERP or order management systems.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Ability to manage multiple orders, follow-ups, and warehouse communications efficiently.
Willingness to undergo hands-on training and adapt to company procedures.
Experience in logistics, inventory management, purchasing, or order fulfillment is an advantage.
Familiarity with SqUID ERP is a plus but not required.
