JOB OVERVIEW

Every call we get is from someone making a big decision, like selling land they’ve owned for years or buying their first lot. They deserve someone who’s patient, clear, and honest. If that’s how you work, consider this an open invitation.

We’re a US real estate investment team hiring a Sales VA.

What you’ll do:

Answer calls from US landowners and buyers, and make each one feel heard
Explain next steps in plain language and handle concerns without pushing
Follow up by phone, text, and email so no one is left waiting
Keep CRM notes clear enough that anyone on the team can pick up where you left off

You’re a fit if you:

Speak and write clear, natural English
Stay patient when callers are confused, worried, or frustrated
Admit when you don’t know, then find out
Learn CRMs, spreadsheets, and AI tools quickly
Have reliable internet with a backup connection, a headset, and a quiet workspace
Can work 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PH time (9 AM – 5 PM EST)

What we offer:

Rate: TBD, based on experience
Full-time, fully remote, long-term
