JOB OVERVIEW

We are an e-commerce company looking for a skilled AI Video Editor & Ad Creative Specialist.

We're looking for someone who can:

- Create engaging short-form video ads for e-commerce products.
- Translate and localize existing video ads for different markets.
- Understand the structure behind high-converting ad creatives, including hooks, storytelling, and ad angles.
- Develop new AI-generated video ads from scratch.
- Use AI tools such as Claude and Higgsfield to create and optimize ad creatives.
- Understand direct-response marketing and what makes an ad perform well.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just edit videos but understands the strategy behind winning ad creatives and can independently develop new concepts.

We also provide performance-based bonuses for high-quality work and great results.
