Experienced Locksmith Dispatcher (Remote – Full-Time)

Schedule: Must be available to work USA (Eastern Time - ET) business hours, including weekends.
Job Type: Full-Time


About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and organized Locksmith Dispatcher to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced role where you'll coordinate locksmith technicians, handle incoming customer calls, and ensure every job is dispatched efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

To be considered, you MUST:

? Have actual Locksmith Dispatcher experience (applications without this experience will not be considered).
? Have experience using Power Dispatch.
? Be comfortable being on a Zoom meeting/video call for your entire shift.
? Speak fluent English with clear communication skills.
? Be willing and available to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer calls professionally.
• Dispatch locksmith technicians using Power Dispatch.
• Monitor technician locations and optimize routing.
• Provide customers with accurate ETAs and service updates.
• Respond to customer and internal emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate emergency lockout and roadside assistance requests.
• Maintain accurate job records, customer information, and payment details.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and management throughout the shift.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Remain active and available on Zoom for the duration of your scheduled shift.

Applicants must have:

? Previous Locksmith Dispatcher experience.
? Experience using Power Dispatch.
? Excellent spoken and written English.
? Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
? Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
? Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
? A computer capable of running Power Dispatch and Zoom smoothly.
? Must be willing and available to work weekends.
? Must be looking for a long-term opportunity.
