JOB OVERVIEW

WHO WE ARE

An Australian marketing agency that gets homeowners to book jobs with trade and home service companies: solar, batteries, air conditioning, electricians, pool builders, roofers and builders. Our clients judge us on one thing: did the phone ring with real jobs. We track every lead from the first tap on an ad to the signed job, so there is nowhere to hide and nothing to fake.

The company name is left out of this post deliberately. Pass the first screen and we will introduce ourselves properly by email before you ever get on a call with us.

THE SHORT VERSION

We need an experienced Meta advertiser who can carry a client from "just signed" to "leads arriving and being tracked" with no hand holding, then keep improving the results month after month.

You think like a strategist, you set things up like a technician, and you plan content like a social media lead. If you have only ever done one of those three, this is not the role.

WHAT A NORMAL MONTH LOOKS LIKE

When a client signs
- You get into their Facebook business setup, or build it properly from nothing: Business Manager, ad account, Page, Instagram, billing, partner access
- You install the pixel and the Conversions API, check the events in Events Manager, and make sure browser and server events are not double counted
- You verify the domain and d ---------- which events Meta should optimise toward
- You connect the lead forms and landing pages to our CRM (GoHighLevel) so every enquiry lands instantly and the follow-up starts on its own
- You set up Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and clean UTM tagging on their pages
- Sometimes you do this live on a video call while the owner clicks through their own accounts. Patient, clear English matters here

When the ads are running
- You d ---------- what the client should be selling in the ad: the offer, the promise, the reason to act now
- You plan the angles and hooks, and you test them properly, one change at a time, with enough spend to mean something
- You know when to cut an ad, when to leave it alone, and when to put more money behind it
- You feed real outcomes back to Meta from the CRM (qualified, booked, sold) so the algorithm chases jobs, not form fills
- You build campaign structures that can be copied across several clients in the same trade
- You study the Ad Library and competitors before you guess

On the organic side
- You plan the content for each client's Facebook and Instagram: themes, formats, a calendar, and the ideas behind each post
- You research what is working in the client's market and turn it into concepts
- You give creative direction to our video and design team. They make it. Posting is automated, so your job is the thinking, not the scheduling

Behind the scenes
- You are comfortable in Meta for Developers: apps, system users, access tokens and permissions
- Webhooks and API documentation do not scare you. You do not need to write code, but you can follow it

Every week
- You report what happened in plain English. Our number is cost per booked job, not cost per click
- If something did not work, you tell us early and explain why
- You present your thinking on calls with Australian business owners

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Years of hands-on Meta lead generation with real budgets, ideally for local service businesses
- A history of results you can actually show us, from real accounts
- Has personally set up the Conversions API and fixed event problems, not just run ads inside an account someone else built
- Has planned organic social content that performed, not just paid ads
- Thinks about the offer before the audience
- Double checks everything. A broken pixel or a lead that never reaches the CRM costs our client money and costs us the client
- Strong written and spoken English
- Curious about AI. We use it everywhere, we pay for your Claude account, and we expect you to learn new tools and workflows quickly

Bonus points: GoHighLevel, Google Ads, Looker Studio, Australian clients, trade or construction experience.

WHY PEOPLE WANT TO WORK WITH US

- Direct access to a founder with roughly 20 years in marketing who works with established multi-million dollar businesses and is deep into AI
- A team of 10+ specialists behind you: video, design, CRM, development and AI. You never have to do everything alone
- Some of the best AI tooling available, built into the way we work
- Quick decisions and real support
- Room to grow into one of the most important people in the business

PAY

PHP 40,000 to 50,000 a month. Where you start depends on the evidence you show us, not on the job titles you have held.

You get a written scorecard for the role on your first day, and we sit down at 60 days to review your work against it.

HOW THE ENGAGEMENT WORKS

- You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You send an invoice and we pay it.
- Your own tax and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) are your responsibility.
- There is no paid leave, sick leave or 13th month pay. We would rather say that now than surprise you later.
- Paid twice monthly in PHP via Wise.
- Hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm Philippine time, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for client calls in Australian business hours.
- Full time and exclusive. No other agencies or retained clients while you work with us.
- Three month probation, then two weeks written notice from either side.
- Before any offer there is a PAID trial task: diagnose a real ad account, outline a test plan and a content plan, and write up how you would onboard and track a new client. You are paid for it either way.
- You need your own computer, at least 25 Mbps internet, a backup connection and a plan for brownouts.
- You will see client ad accounts and CRMs, so a contractor agreement and an NDA come before any access.

THE INTERVIEW

- Shortlisted applicants get an email telling them who we are and offering one interview time. Please confirm it in writing, otherwise we release the slot.
- Tell us before the time if you cannot make it and we will reschedule once. No show and no message means we close your application.
- It is a 30 minute screen share. We open a real ad account and a real Events Manager and ask you what you see and what you would do.
- Only claim what you can show us live. Modest but genuine experience is welcome. A claim that falls apart on screen is not.

TO APPLY

The very first line of your application must be: SIGNAL followed by the number of Meta ad accounts you are personally managing right now.

Example: SIGNAL 7

If your application does not start like that, we will not open it. We are telling you this openly because we want people who read carefully.

After that, send us these six things.

1. YOUR CV. As an attachment or a link. A LinkedIn link alone does not count.

2. THE SKILLS CHECK. Copy this list and mark each line with one word. YES = done it on a real client account (name the industry). SOME = understand it but have not done it myself. NO = have not done it. We trust an honest NO far more than a page full of YES.

1. Diagnosed a struggling ad account in writing before making any changes
2. Changed only the offer in an ad and measured the effect on lead cost
3. Built a new client's Meta setup from nothing: Business Manager, ad account, Page, pixel
4. Installed the Conversions API and confirmed events in Events Manager
5. Solved duplicate events between the pixel and the Conversions API
6. Verified a domain inside Business Manager
7. Sent Meta lead form leads into a CRM in real time
8. Pushed CRM results (qualified, booked, sold) back into Meta
9. Created a Meta app and a system user access token
10. Set up GA4 and Google Tag Manager and checked the events fire
11. Reused one campaign structure across several clients in the same industry
12. Planned a month of organic content for a business and measured how it performed
13. Briefed a video editor or designer on an ad and got it back right first time
14. Managed five or more ad accounts at once
15. Ran ads for a trade, home service or construction company
16. Walked a business owner through their own Meta settings on a live call

3. YOUR BEST TURNAROUND. Pick one account you fixed. Tell us what was going wrong, what you changed first and why you started there, what happened to the results, and what you would do differently today. Add a screenshot if you can. We care most about your reasoning.

4. YOUR TRACKING BUILD. Pick one client. Explain how the pixel, the Conversions API, the forms and the CRM were wired together, what went wrong along the way, and how you proved it all worked.

5. YOUR CONTENT THINKING. Imagine an Australian air conditioning installer with a quiet Facebook page and no content plan. Give us three post ideas for next month and one paid ad angle, and tell us why each one would work.

6. YOUR RATE AND YOUR EMAIL.
- What you earn per month now in PHP, and what you need to work with us full time and exclusively.
- The email address we should contact you on.

Please write it yourself. Using AI to tidy your spelling is fine. If AI writes the answers for you, we will know within a few minutes of the interview, because we will put a live account in front of you and ask what you would do.
