# Business Systems & AI Automation Engineer (Cursor / GitHub / E-commerce)

## About SuperFulfill

SuperFulfill is a China-based 3PL and fulfillment company serving international e-commerce brands. We handle product sourcing, warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory management, and worldwide shipping.

We're looking for a **tech-savvy, AI-driven developer** who can build automations, integrate existing systems, and improve our internal software using modern AI development tools.

Our development workflow relies heavily on **Cursor, AI-assisted coding, and GitHub**.

We value people who can turn business problems into working solutions quickly, without sacrificing reliability, accuracy, or maintainability.

This is not a traditional IT support role.

## Key Responsibilities

**1. AI-Assisted Software Development**
- Use Cursor and AI coding assistants to develop, modify, and maintain software.
- Build internal tools, scripts, dashboards, and automations.
- Work with existing repositories and understand unfamiliar codebases.
- Debug, test, and improve AI-generated code.
- Use GitHub for version control, branches, commits, pull requests, and code reviews.

**2. Business Process Automation**
- Identify manual and repetitive workflows across departments.
- Automate order processing, shipment tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
- Build automations connecting Google Sheets, APIs, ERP systems, and internal platforms.
- Reduce operational errors and unnecessary manual work.

**3. Systems & API Integrations**
- Integrate Shopify, eBay, ERP/WMS software, and logistics platforms.
- Work with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, databases, and third-party services.
- Investigate integration possibilities with Chinese logistics systems.
- Improve data synchronization across our existing platforms.

**4. Data & Internal Tools**
- Build tools for reconciling shipping costs and customer invoices.
- Automate imports and exports between spreadsheets and internal portals.
- Improve order, inventory, and billing data accuracy.
- Create reliable internal dashboards and reports.

## Required Skills

**AI Development & GitHub — Essential**
- Strong practical experience with **Cursor IDE**.
- Comfortable with AI-assisted development or "vibe coding."
- Ability to write effective prompts and guide AI agents through coding tasks.
- Experience using GitHub, Git, branches, commits, merges, and pull requests.
- Ability to read, review, debug, and validate AI-generated code.
- Comfortable modifying an existing codebase rather than always starting from scratch.

**Programming & Automation — Essential**
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL, JSON, CSV, and structured data.
- Experience building automations or internal business tools.
- Ability to investigate technical problems independently.

**Preferred Skills**
- Shopify API and e-commerce integrations.
- Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
- ERP, WMS, logistics, or inventory management software.
- Google Sheets API and spreadsheet automation.
- Netlify, cloud deployments, and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with Chinese logistics software such as Mabang or Dianxiaomi.

## Initial Projects

Your first projects may include:

1. **Invoice automation:** Consolidate shipping data from Google Sheets and ERP systems, match it to Shopify orders, and prepare accurate billing records for our customer portal.
2. **ERP integration:** Investigate and improve data exchange between order management, warehouse, and shipping systems.
3. **Operational automation:** Identify repetitive warehouse, logistics, and administrative workflows that can be automated.
4. **Internal software development:** Build and improve tools using Cursor, AI coding agents, and GitHub.

You don't have to know every programming language or framework.

What matters is your ability to **use AI effectively to build reliable, working software**.

We want someone who:
- Can turn an idea into a working prototype.
- Knows how to use Cursor efficiently.
- Understands the code being generated, rather than blindly accepting AI output.
- Can troubleshoot errors without relying entirely on AI.
- Is comfortable working independently with GitHub repositories.
- Tests changes before publishing them.
- Can communicate technical problems to nontechnical colleagues.
- Understands data security, backups, and safe deployment practices.
- Is resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn unfamiliar systems.
