JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring an Edit Lead for our client's content studio. And no, it's not a typical editing job.

we make short-form videos for founders and financial advisors in singapore. our freelance editors are good. what we need is someone who can set the standard they edit to.

what you'd do:

→ edit the first video or two for each new client, to find their style
→ turn that into a simple style guide + reusable templates (fonts, colours, pacing, music, subtitles)
→ brief our editors and review their drafts until they hit the bar
→ help us trial and onboard new editors

you'd be great for this if:

• you have strong taste in short-form, and can explain *why* an edit works, not just make it
• you give clear, kind feedback that makes editors better
• you communicate early. if a deadline is at risk, we hear it from you before it's missed
• you like building systems more than editing all day

remote is fine, with some overlap with singapore time.
