JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: 15–20 hours per week, flexible, with at least 2 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time.
Wage: $400–600 USD per month, depending on experience. Raises as responsibilities grow.

About us

We are small company providing leadership and organizational culture surveys and consulting. Our tools are used by companies, consultants, universities and students around the world. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to take over day-to-day admin work and grow with us.

What you’ll do:

Handle email requests from students and researchers who want permission to use our assessments. You’ll respond using our templates, track requests, and flag anything unusual.
Make basic content updates to our website (edit text, add pages, and upload documents and images).
Keep simple records and spreadsheets organized.
Help with light marketing as time allows.
Later: help run the student side of our new online survey platform. That includes setting up student surveys, answering their questions, and providing basic support. We’ll train you on this.

What we’re looking for:

Perfect written English and excellent spoken American English. You’ll be writing directly to university students and professors.
You’re careful with details and follow processes consistently.
You’ve worked with websites before.
You communicate proactively. You ask when you’re unsure and give updates without being chased.
You’re comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and with spreadsheets.
Marketing or Canva experience is a plus but not required.
A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Why work with us:

A long-term role, not a short project.
Room to grow into a larger position as our new survey platform launches.
Flexible schedule.
A small, respectful team.

How to apply:

- A short introduction (3–5 sentences) about your relevant experience, with links to your resume and relevant work.
- A short video of you describing yourself, your experience, and why you are a good fit for us.
- A link to any website you’ve updated or managed, if you have one.
- Your answer to this question: A student emails asking to use our survey in their thesis but doesn’t say what university they attend or how they’ll use it. What would you reply?

Begin your application with the words “Culture Assistant” so we know you read the whole post. Applications without them won’t be reviewed.

Shortlisted applicants will complete a short paid test task (about 1 hour).
