JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Ezy Pzy Finance, an Australian company that connects small and medium businesses with fast business funding through a panel of lenders. Our sales, automation and paid ads are mature and well run. Organic search is our biggest untapped channel, and we want one senior person to own it completely.

This is not a “do the tasks we give you” role. You’ll d ---------- the strategy, build the plan, execute it, and be measured on one thing: funded deals from organic search.


What you’ll own:

- SEO strategy: audits, keyword mapping and prioritisation for a competitive finance niche
- Programmatic and landing pages: industry, situation and location pages at scale, each with real substance
- Content: articles with genuine buyer intent, plus refreshing existing pages
- Digital PR and link earning: turning our real lending data into reports journalists and finance sites want to cite, plus partnerships with accountants and industry bodies
- Conversion optimisation: A/B testing our landing pages and application flow, which also serves our paid traffic
- AI search visibility: getting us cited in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity
- Technical SEO: site health, schema, speed and internal linking, writing specs for our developer when needed
- Reporting: a monthly report tying organic traffic to leads and funded deals, not vanity rankings


You must have:

- 5+ years of hands-on SEO, including owning strategy (not just executing someone else’s)
- Proven results you can show: traffic and lead growth with screenshots from Search Console or Analytics
- Experience in finance, legal, health or another YMYL niche (strongly preferred)
- Conversion rate optimisation experience (A/B testing, landing page work)
- Strong written English, good enough to write content for Australian business owners
- Comfort with Ahrefs or Semrush, Search Console, GA4 and WordPress


What we offer:

- US$2,000–3,000/month base, depending on experience
- Uncapped commissions: 10% of our net commission on every new client funded through organic search (our average deal pays US$300+ to you)
- Paid tools (Ahrefs or Semrush) and a separate budget for PR and outreach
- Real ownership: you set the plan, with no micromanagement
- A long-term role in a stable, growing business


Hours of work
6am–3pm PH time
