JOB OVERVIEW

BECOME A SPORTS AGENT - Become the scouting eye of an American sports company.

Hi everyone, we’re looking for someone who REALLY knows sports to evaluate our athletes and get them in front of the right college coaches.

THE COMPANY
Athlete Zero helps high school athletes earn scholarships at US universities. We need someone who can tell exactly what level each athlete can play at and who wants to communicate with coaches to place our athletes on their teams.

THE ROLE
- Athlete Evaluator & Coach Outreach, full time and 100% remote
- You’ll analyze game and training film of our athletes and compare them against college rosters to determine where they can realistically play (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO)
- You’ll message college coaches about our athletes and convince them, using your own analysis of the film
- You’ll work directly with the families and help them d ---------- which offer is best for them

WHAT WE OFFER
- $400 - $600/month

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Ability to evaluate at least 3 of these sports: baseball, American football, soccer, basketball (volleyball and hockey are a plus)
- Solid knowledge of how college sports work in the US: NCAA/NAIA/JUCO divisions, recruiting calendars and contact rules, scholarships and roster sizes
- You can watch film and explain clearly what makes a player good, what’s missing, and which programs fit them
- Strong persuasive writing: you know how to get a coach’s attention in a few lines
- HIGH ability to speak, write and understand English
- Long-term commitment (several years)
- AGE DOESN’T MATTER
