JOB OVERVIEW

DMWRIGHT SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable website designer/developer to professionally redesign our existing construction company website, ---------- .

We want a modern, corporate-style website that professionally represents our residential and commercial construction services equally.

The project includes redesigning approximately 7–8 core pages, improving navigation and visual presentation, incorporating company-provided content and project photographs, creating professional project galleries, optimizing the website for mobile devices, implementing basic SEO, and configuring a functional consultation request form.

Applicants should be experienced with WordPress, Elementor or comparable page builders, responsive design, and professional service-business websites.

The selected contractor must provide a clear four-week completion schedule, weekly progress updates, examples of previous work, and a fully functional website ready for launch.

Budget is fixed at $500 USD, payable upon completion of agreed project milestones. Applicants must confirm they can complete the specified scope within this budget and timeline before applying.

Additional Project Requirements & Expectations

We are looking for a skilled website designer who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This is a complete visual and content redesign of our existing WordPress website, not a new website build from scratch.

Important Requirements:

The redesigned website must have a professional, modern, corporate appearance suitable for an established residential and commercial general contracting company.

Residential and commercial construction services must be equally represented.

The website must incorporate our existing company logo and blue, gray, and white branding.

Applicants must review our existing website at ---------- and understand our requested design direction.

The developer must provide a proposed homepage design for approval before completing the remaining pages.

All work must be performed on a staging website. Our existing live website must remain operational until final approval.

The developer must provide weekly progress updates with a working website preview.

The website must be fully functional and mobile-responsive, with working navigation, consultation forms, and project galleries.

The developer must optimize website images and implement foundational on-page SEO.

The developer must not purchase paid plugins, themes, or other services without written approval.

All website changes, content removals, and final publication must be approved by DMWRIGHT SOLUTIONS, LLC.

All agreed project deliverables must be completed within four weeks.

The developer must provide a minimum of 14 days of post-launch bug fixes at no additional cost.

DMWRIGHT SOLUTIONS, LLC must retain full ownership and administrative control of the website, hosting, domain, and paid project deliverables.

Project Budget: $500 USD maximum, fixed price.

Payment Terms: Milestone-based payments tied to approved deliverables.
