Nuovaderm Beauty is seeking an experienced Philippines-based B2B sales and appointment-setting contractor to help build recurring wholesale relationships with US beauty businesses.
We are a US-based authorized Ekai distributor supplying authentic Dr. Pen devices, replacement cartridges and related accessories. We work directly with Ekai, and redacted direct-sourcing documentation is available.
Our customers and prospects include esthetics schools, beauty academies, independent estheticians, spas, salons, educators, beauty-supply stores and specialty retailers.
Our objective is to become a dependable primary or backup US supplier for these businesses. We currently carry Dr. Pen M8S inventory, but this role is not limited to selling one model. You will discover which models, cartridges and accessories each business needs. Other authentic Ekai/Dr. Pen products may be sourced subject to confirmed availability and approved order terms.
PAY AND OPPORTUNITY
Pay is $12–$15 USD per hour, depending on demonstrated experience, starting at approximately eight hours per week.
This role begins with a two-week paid trial, including an initial two-hour paid checkpoint. At that checkpoint, we will review preparation, outreach execution and documentation before authorizing further hours. All authorized time worked will be paid.
Our goal is to find someone for a consistent, ongoing working relationship. A successful trial may lead to regular weekly work and increased hours as the business grows.
Performance bonuses are available for agreed, measurable results. Bonus amounts and qualification criteria will be agreed in writing before the applicable work begins.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research and verify relevant US business prospects.
• Work from initial prospect lists and existing outreach records.
• Make professional outbound calls during agreed US business hours.
• Reach owners, educators and purchasing decision-makers.
• Discover current device models, cartridge configurations and accessory needs.
• Understand whether products are used internally, resold or included in student kits.
• Ask about quantities per order and purchasing frequency.
• Learn about supplier concerns, including authenticity, availability, lead time, pricing and support.
• Ask about current or target pricing when appropriate, including whether shipping is included.
• Introduce Nuovaderm as a potential primary or backup supplier.
• Present M8S when it fits the prospect’s needs.
• Document demand for other models without promising unconfirmed sourcing.
• Schedule qualified conversations with the founder, Mercy Arrey.
• Send approved follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate call records, prospect notes and next actions.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Demonstrated B2B cold-calling, appointment-setting or wholesale-sales experience.
• Experience speaking with US business owners and purchasing decision-makers.
• Strong discovery, listening and objection-handling skills.
• Clear, professional, conversational spoken English and strong written English.
• Reliable availability during agreed US business hours, which will generally mean evening or night work in the Philippines.
• Accurate recordkeeping and consistent follow-up.
• Reliable internet, a suitable headset and a quiet calling environment.
• Ability to follow approved pricing and product information.
Beauty, esthetics, spa, salon, education, professional-device or wholesale experience is strongly preferred.
COMMUNICATION STANDARD
You must be able to hold natural conversations with US business owners, understand their answers, ask relevant follow-up questions and explain next steps clearly.
Finalists will demonstrate these skills in a live interview and sales role-play. We assess clarity, listening and effectiveness rather than accent or nationality.

WORKING BOUNDARIES
This is individualized business outreach, not mass
Do not make medical or regulatory claims, invent product facts, promise unconfirmed availability, offer unauthorized discounts or agree to exclusivity.
Keep accurate records and respect requests not to be contacted.
HOW PERFORMANCE IS REVIEWED
We review verified prospect research, outreach execution, decision-makers reached, meaningful conversations, purchasing needs identified, qualified appointments attended, follow-up quality and resulting buying opportunities.
A qualified appointment involves a legitimate US business, an appropriate decision-maker or authorized representative, a relevant purchasing need and genuine agreement to discuss Nuovaderm as a supplier.
We do not require a sale within the initial two-hour checkpoint.
HOW TO APPLY
Please answer the application questions below with specific examples from your own experience. A polished résumé alone is not sufficient. Copy each question into your application and answer it.
1. Describe one recent B2B cold-calling or appointment-setting assignment. What did you sell, whom did you call, what did you personally handle and what results followed?
2. What experience do you have reaching US business owners or purchasing decision-makers? Include any beauty, spa, school, device or wholesale experience.
3. Which US business hours can you consistently cover? State the time zone and corresponding Philippine hours.
4. How would you divide eight working hours among preparation, prospect research, calling, documentation and follow-up?
5. A prospect says: “We already have a supplier, we use A6S, and your price is higher.” How would you continue the conversation?
6. How do you document calls and organize follow-ups without contacting prospects excessively?
7. Confirm that you accept the $12–$15/hour range, initial eight-hour weekly schedule, two-week paid trial, two-hour paid checkpoint and live interview/role-play.
Finalists will complete a live interview and the same sales role-play. Any actual prospecting assignment will be paid and begin only after a paid engagement is agreed.
