JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a part-time self directed organized construction account manager who can manage the financial operations and forecast cashflow of our projects.
Track and report profitability by job/project.
Analyze material price, labor and overhead against job profits and report back to management.
Perform cashflow forecast against job quote/contract/PO's and flag any shortage.
Assist with expense management.
Assist with A/R & A/P as needed.
Experienced in managing accounting, and books.
Ability to work independent and problem solve.
