JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced graphic designer with a proven track record of creating original, professional designs and complete brand styles.

We are NOT looking for beginners, template users, or AI-generated work.

The Project:

* Design an original cover poster for each of our online courses .
* Each course must have its own unique look while following one consistent brand style.
* Create a style guide and editable template that our team will use for all future posters.
* All work must be 100% original. No AI tools (Gemini, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.).
* All source files (AI, PSD, or Figma) and full ownership must be delivered on completion.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
* Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Figma.
* Strong command of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
* Proven experience building brand guidelines and design systems.
* A strong portfolio of original work to demonstrate.

Mandatory Zoom Interview

Selected candidates will undergo a live interview with our panel. You must walk us through your portfolio, explain your design process, and answer advanced design questions.

Three interview questions:

1. Brand Consistency: You need to design 10 course posters that each look unique but clearly belong to the same brand. How would you build a system to achieve this? Explain your approach to grids, color, typography, and imagery.
2. Original Work: How do you prove your designs are your own work and not AI-generated or copied from templates? Walk us through your process from blank page to final design.
3. Multi-Platform Design: A poster must look sharp as a course cover on a learning platform, as a social media post, and on a small phone screen in WhatsApp. How would you design and export for all three without losing quality or readability?
