JOB OVERVIEW

I run ARC Strategy ( ---------- ), an AI-native advisory practice. I help CFOs and finance leaders at mid-market PR, marketing, and professional services firms with forecasting, client profitability, and AI workflows. I'm a former management consultant with 10 years at Grant Thornton.

I'm looking for an experienced LinkedIn marketer to grow my personal LinkedIn profile and my company page. The goal is visibility with the right audience and, most importantly, booked meetings with finance leaders, not vanity likes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write 3 LinkedIn posts per week in my voice, based on short weekly voice memos and notes I send you
- Create simple, clean graphics or carousels for selected posts
- Repurpose my best personal posts for the company page
- Engage daily with my target audience (thoughtful comments on posts from CFOs and agency leaders)
- Reply to comments on my posts and help manage DMs. I take over once a conversation turns into a real business discussion
- Track what's working: post performance, follower growth, and meetings booked from LinkedIn

HOW WE'LL WORK
- About 10 hours per week, ongoing
- I approve all posts and outreach messages before they go out
- Some overlap with US Eastern time (a few hours per day) for timely replies
- Paid trial task before hiring: I'll send you a voice memo and ask for 3 sample posts

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience ghostwriting LinkedIn content for founders, consultants, or executives
- Experience with B2B or professional services audiences (consulting, accounting, legal, agencies)
- Excellent written English with a sharp, professional, non-generic tone. No AI-sounding fluff
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working from feedback
