We're looking for a senior designer to own both our product experience and our brand. You'll design the software our customers use every day and the marketing that brings them in. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move between UX and graphic design without losing quality.
What you'll do
Product design (about 60%)
• Design screens, user flows and interactions for a web-based SaaS platform, from rough wireframes to dev-ready Figma files.
• Build and maintain a component library and design system the engineering team can build from directly.
• Simplify complex workflows and data dashboards so non-technical users understand them at a glance.
• Design onboarding and setup flows that get new customers live with minimal support.
• Prepare clean handoffs with specs, states and edge cases, and review builds before release.
• Run simple usability tests and turn feedback into design improvements.
Brand and graphic design (about 40%)
• Apply and extend our brand guidelines: logo use, colour, typography, iconography and illustration.
• Design sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies and proposal templates.
• Create marketing assets: social media ads, video thumbnails and ad frames,
• Design landing pages and website updates focused on conversion.
• Produce event and trade-show materials when needed.
Requirements
• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• A portfolio showing both shipped SaaS product UI and brand or marketing design.
• Expert in Figma, including auto layout, components and variables.
• Strong in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign or Canva a plus).
• Solid grasp of UX principles, accessibility and responsive web design.
• Excellent written and spoken English, including clear async updates.
• Able to work independently, manage your own time and hit deadlines.
• Reliable high-speed internet, backup power and a quiet home workspace.
Nice to have
• Experience designing AI, chat or automation products.
• Background in B2B software.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere or CapCut).
• Basic HTML/CSS or experience with no-code site builders.
• Experience working with overseas clients or startups.
What we offer
• Stable, long-term remote contract with a fast-growing company.
• Real ownership: your work ships to customers and the market.
• Direct line to the founder and influence over product direction.
• [Paid time off, performance reviews and rate increases].
How to apply
1. A 2–3 minute video introduction (Loom, YouTube unlisted or Google Drive link) covering who you are, your design experience, and why this role suits you.
2. Your portfolio of SaaS work — product UI, dashboards and user flows you've designed, with your role in each project.
3. Any AI SaaS work, if available — AI, chat, voice or automation products you've designed for.
4. Your CV.
Our process: a 30-minute video call, a portfolio walkthrough, a short paid test task, and a final interview.
