# AI Video Creator / Editor — AI UGC, VSLs & Podcast Ads
We’re looking for an AI video creator who can produce fully AI-generated video ads for e-commerce brands.
You should be able to create a realistic AI persona and turn a product into a convincing UGC video, video sales letter (VSL), or AI podcast ad—from concept to finished edit.
We’ll share examples of the style and quality we’re looking for.
**What you’ll do**
- Create realistic AI personas that match each brand and target audience.
- Produce fully AI-generated UGC videos, VSLs, and podcast-style ads.
- Generate product scenes, demonstrations, and supporting footage while keeping the product’s appearance accurate.
- Combine AI visuals, voices, lip-sync, captions, sound effects, and editing into a polished ad.
- Create different hooks and variations for testing on Meta Ads.
- Follow our briefs and references, contribute creative ideas, and improve videos based on feedback.
**What we’re looking for**
- A strong portfolio of AI-generated videos, preferably for e-commerce products.
- Experience creating realistic AI characters with consistent faces, voices, and appearance across scenes.
- Strong editing skills, with a good understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
- An eye for natural movement, believable delivery, accurate lip-sync, and product detail.
- The ability to choose and combine AI tools to achieve the desired result.
- Clear communication in English, attention to detail, and reliable delivery.
We want videos that feel natural and engaging. Simply animating a talking avatar or putting stock footage together won’t be enough.
**To apply, please send:**
1. Three relevant examples of AI videos you’ve created. AI UGC, VSLs, or podcast ads are preferred.
2. A short explanation of your role and the tools you used for each example.
3. Your process for turning a product page and a brief into a finished AI video ad.
4. Your availability, typical turnaround time, and expected rate.
5. Any AI software or subscription costs that would need to be covered separately.
