JOB OVERVIEW

I'm Kenji, a business owner based in Germany. I work on two things and I'm looking for one full-time person to help with both:

1. Marketing for a German e-commerce brand in the computer accessory space. This is mainly product videos for Amazon and social media, made with AI video tools.
2. My web agency, where we build Wordpress websites for German clients using AI Tools like Claude Code/Codex.

Depending on what you're better at, you will do more of one or the other, and we will figure out the split together. Beginners are welcome if you have a good eye for design, are motivated, and if you are fast at learning new things. I will train you.

Video tasks:
- Create product videos for Amazon and social media by prompting AI
- Generate clips with AI video tools, add music etc.
- Edit videos
- Try out new AI tools and models

Web design tasks:
- Design and build websites for clients using AI
- Update and improve existing client websites

Requirements:
- Good eye for design and attention to detail
- Creative eye for pacing, visual storytelling and clean composition
- Interest in AI tools and prompting for video and image generation. Experience is a plus but not required
- Familiar with short-form video formats for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Able to think from the customer's point of view
- Good written English
- Stable internet connection
- Laptop or PC that can handle video editing

Nice to have:
- German language skills or understanding of German culture
- Experience with video editing
- Experience with web design
- Experience with AI video tools like Higgsfield, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Veo etc.
- Experience with AI Coding Agents like Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity
- Experience making product videos or ads for e-commerce brands
- Motion graphics or animation
- Experience with UGC-style videos or paid social ads
- Understanding of ad performance numbers and how to improve videos based on them

Schedule:
- 45 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
- At least 5 hours overlap with German business hours

Salary:
- Php 23,000 per month

What I offer:
- Long-term full-time position
- You work directly with me, no middle managers
- Flexible hours, as long as you have the 5 hours overlap with Germany
- work with latest AI agent tools
- Your work is seen by real customers on Amazon and on client websites

How to apply:
Please add the word "Agentic Engineering" in the subject of your application so I know you read the full post. Answer in this order:

1. About You
Name, age, location, current work situation, your CV.

2. Your Work
2–3 samples of your work (videos, designs, websites). If you're a beginner, anything that shows your eye is fine too, like tattoos you designed, photos, drawings or your own YouTube or TikTok channel. For each one, tell me what you did yourself and which tools you used.

3. Your Setup
Which AI tools, editing or design software you have used, details about your PC / Laptop and internet reliability and speed.

4. Mini Task (about 30–45 min)
There is no perfect answer, I want to see how you think and what you notice.

VIDEO TASK

The situation:
Imagine this is a new client project. The client is a brand that sells this vertical mouse on Amazon:
----------
The listing has no product video yet, and they want one.

What you need to know:
- The video is shown on the Amazon product page. 30–45 seconds, 16:9
- The client gives us a 3D model of the mouse, so we can render clean product shots from any angle, with any camera movement
- Shots with real hands on a real desk can be filmed by us, or generated with AI video tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Seedance)
- You can use product facts that are in the listing, if you want to show something that isn't there, write it down as a question for the client

Your task:
Make a storyboard for this video:
- One picture per shot. A photo of a quick drawing on paper you take a photo of is fine too, or images you made with an AI tool
- Imagine you are the creative director. Explain to me each scene, how the camera moves, the text on screen, what I can see as the customer watching the video.
- Any insights you were able to gather from the Amazon reviews that you feel like should be shown also in the video? Mention what
- Share the storyboard as a link, pdf, image etc.
The video can have a different style compared to the listing images if you have a better design vision, or could be same, the client is okay with either option.

WEB DESIGN TASK

The situation:
Imagine this new client: a roofing company (Dachdeckerei) in Munich, newly founded a month ago. The two founders are roofers who worked for a larger roofing company for over 10 years before starting their own business. One of them is a master roofer (Dachdeckermeister). They are a team of 4 and work in Munich and up to 30 km around it.

Their services: roof repairs, storm damage, roof renovation, flat roofs and gutters.
Their customers: mostly homeowners aged 40–70 who call when something is leaking, and property management companies (Hausverwaltungen) with apartment buildings.

They don't have a website yet, only a Google Business Profile with 6 reviews (all 5 stars). They have a logo, photos from their first jobs (taken with a phone), a phone number, WhatsApp and an email address.

What they want: more inquiries, and to look like a solid, established business.

They send us this website as inspiration:
----------
"I like this website. It looks honest and you can find the phone number right away. I'd like something similar."

Our first step: we take this website as the template for our client.

Your task (no need to design anything, just explain in words):
1. Go through the website from top to bottom. For each part, tell me if you would keep it, change it or remove it for our client, and why. If you change it, what exactly would you change?
2. What does our client need that the template doesn't have?
3. Any hidden assumptions or unclear points you want to challenge or clarify with the client first?

Please write it in your own words.
