JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable File Prep Specialist to support our fast-growing e-commerce gifting brand focused on creating premium personalized products and exceptional customer experiences. MUST HAVE DESIGN EXPERIENCE (ADOBE ILLUSTRATE,GRAPHIC DESIGN ETC)

Responsibilities
* Review customer orders and personalization details for accuracy.
* Prepare and edit artwork, images, logos, and engraving files.
* Ensure correct spelling, sizing, alignment, and placement using approved templates.
* Perform quality checks on finished products to identify defects or errors.
* Verify orders, quantities, packaging, shipping labels, and shipping services before shipment.
* Communicate discrepancies and prevent incorrect orders from moving forward.
* Maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to handle high workloads.
* Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, LightBurn, ShipStation, Google Sheets, Google Excel Sheets.

Work Schedule
* Days: Sunday–Friday
* Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST Break: One-hour break
* Salary: $500 USD per month
