JOB OVERVIEW

The SAT Scientist is a small, remote SAT prep team based in Los Angeles, and we're hiring one full-time Executive Assistant and Student Success Coordinator based in the Philippines. You'll work directly with the founder and our student success manager, and the best fit is someone who anticipates what's needed before being asked: you'll watch his calendar months ahead, spot where it should change, and make sure the details are handled (food ordered, instructions sent, the fridge stocked). You'll also follow up with students, families, vendors and our team, coordinate client events, keep our CRM (GoHighLevel) accurate, and take on whatever project comes up, which sometimes means learning a new automation over a weekend. We're looking for someone resourceful, who tries the team, AI and other resources first and comes to us last, who is tech-savvy, and whose communication reflects our values. The role is full-time, 8 AM to 4 PM Pacific (overnight in the Philippines).
