JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a proven, hands-on Reddit growth and sales specialist for Ennichi Kimono, a kimono rental and photography business in Asakusa, Tokyo.

Your goal is to turn genuine Reddit interest into verifiable bookings and sales. We need someone who can find demand, write effective content, handle enquiries and follow through to conversion. Views, karma and posting volume alone are not proof of success.

All customer acquisition for this role must originate on Reddit. Our website and approved customer-support channels only support booking completion and attribution; traffic or sales from unrelated channels do not count as Reddit results. This role focuses on organic Reddit work. Any paid advertising or expansion of scope requires prior approval.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Find relevant communities and discussions involving travellers planning visits to Tokyo and Asakusa, kimono experiences and travel photography.
- Check each subreddit's current posting, commenting, promotion and messaging rules. Contribute useful, original posts and comments suited to the community, and disclose your relationship with Ennichi when promoting it.
- Follow up through Reddit chat/private messages only with interested users who agree to private communication. Answer questions about approved plans and guide visitors toward a suitable booking without pressure or misleading claims.
- Coordinate enquiries and bookings with our team. Confirm availability, pricing and any special arrangements before promising them to customers.
- Use approved tracking links, codes or booking-source records to connect Reddit activity to paid bookings. Keep clear records of your work and report enquiries, verified bookings, cancellations and refunds separately.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At least 3 years of hands-on Reddit marketing, growth or community work, with demonstrated paying customers generated through Reddit. General SEO or writing experience alone does not establish Reddit experience.
- Real post/comment samples and authorized, redacted sales or booking-attribution evidence. Explain your own contribution; engagement screenshots alone are not enough.
- Strong English writing, customer communication and sales follow-up skills, plus sound judgment about subreddit rules.
- Travel, tourism, local experiences or appointment-based service sales experience is preferred. Knowledge of Japan travel is a plus.

ACCOUNTS AND MATERIALS
We provide Reddit accounts, approved access, product information and brand materials. Owning or buying accounts is not required. Any use of your own authorized accounts must be agreed in advance. Do not share passwords or credentials in your application.

PAYMENT
Fixed hourly pay plus commission on verified Reddit-attributable bookings. This is not a commission-only role. Approved work hours are paid at the agreed hourly rate; booking commission is additional.
The hourly rate, weekly hours and commission amount will be agreed before work starts. We will also agree in advance whether commission is per booking or per guest, when it becomes payable, the attribution method/window, cancellation/refund and duplicate-booking treatment, and payout schedule. No booking volume or commission income is guaranteed.

WORK STANDARDS
Follow Reddit and subreddit rules. No spam, bulk unsolicited DMs, fake customer experiences or reviews, hidden promotional identities, coordinated voting or ban evasion. A ban on promotional posts is not permission to promote through comments or private messages. Keep customer information private and use only approved, consent-based follow-up.

HOW TO APPLY
Start with ENNICHI-REDDIT and give short, specific answers:
1. Describe one or two Reddit campaigns that brought paying customers: what you sold, dates, verified results, tracking method and your role. Include authorized, redacted evidence.
2. Link two Reddit posts/comments you personally created and briefly explain the relevant community rules you followed.
3. Give a brief approach for bringing Reddit visitors to Ennichi bookings. Which types of communities and customer questions would you focus on, and how would you track the outcome?
4. Share your expected hourly rate, weekly availability and relevant travel/service-sales experience.

Do not include customer personal information, account credentials or confidential client material. Clearly label any newly created samples as samples.
