Love Digital Advertising? We'd Love to Meet You!

Workspark is looking for a talented Paid Media Analyst to join the digital advertising team of an established U.S. marketing agency!

If you enjoy building campaigns, analyzing results, and finding ways to improve performance, this could be a great opportunity for you.

You'll work alongside experienced marketing professionals, support a variety of client campaigns, and have the chance to grow your skills in a collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with occasional Microsoft Ads work.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bidding, and targeting.
- Support approximately 2–5 client accounts, primarily focused on lead generation.
- Conduct keyword and audience research and support A/B testing.
- Analyze results, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Perform campaign quality checks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with your team, share ideas, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience in BOTH Google Ads and Meta Ads. You should be comfortable personally building, managing, and optimizing campaigns in each platform.
- Ideally 3–5 years of paid media experience, although we're open to less if you have strong practical skills.
- A good understanding of campaign performance, bidding, budgeting, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English for working with a U.S.-based team.
- Someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and enjoys collaborating with others.
- Comfortable working U.S. Central Time business hours.
- Bonus Skills (Not Required): Microsoft Ads, The Trade Desk or other programmatic platforms, GA4, Google Tag Manager, NinjaCat, or previous agency experience.

What Workspark Provides:
- $1,550 USD monthly salary
- 100% remote, full-time, long-term employment
- Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave after probation
- Ongoing HR support from Workspark
- The opportunity to work with an established U.S. marketing agency and continue developing your skills

Ready to Apply?

If you have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, enjoy making campaigns perform better, and want a stable, long-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!

You don't need to know every platform or tool listed. If you are proactive, have the core skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply!
