You're not a virtual assistant. You're an operator — and a great coach can't scale without you.

The Financial Freedom Academy teaches everyday people how to actually manage their money, clear their debt, and retire years earlier than they thought possible. It works: 400+ students, real plans, results you can put a number on.

Here's the problem. Our coaches spend their days on one-on-one calls with students — which is exactly where they should be. But when the calls end, the real pile is waiting: trackers to update, spreadsheets to analyse, reports to write, students to chase in the chats, handoffs to line up with the sales team. Right now the coach does all of it, late, at the cost of the next call.

That's your seat. You take everything that isn't the call itself off the coach's plate, so coaching scales.

You'll thrive here if you:

Run on systems, not memory — you've genuinely never needed a reminder about a deadline
Are genuinely fluent with spreadsheets: you can read a tracker, spot what's off, and report it clearly
Write excellent English and can hold a warm, professional tone with students
Take feedback as useful information, not as an attack
Want one team, long-term — not five clients you're juggling

The details:

100% remote, part-time to start (15–20 hrs/week), with a real, mapped path to full-time
$500/month to start — this grows with hours and scope, and both move fast for the right person
Reliable overlap with the coaching team's hours, your own computer, stable internet, quiet space
