JOB OVERVIEW

Summary
We run TikTok Shop affiliate programs for ecommerce brands. Thousands of creators post about our clients’ products and earn commission. Our job is to keep those creators active, answered, and motivated.

We are hiring one person to own the day to day of a part of that creator program: the inbox, the contests, and the community. You will be the voice creators hear back from, the person who runs our contests, and the one who notices when a creator asks for something our automated system missed.

This is a long term, daily role. We are building something large and want someone who grows with it.

What you will do every day

Work the creator inbox. We use a platform called Euka that holds every message between our brands and their affiliate creators. An AI answers the routine ones. You read through what it handled, catch the asks it missed (a creator wanting a different sample, a commission question, a bundle request, a complaint), reply to what you can, and route the rest to our affiliate lead with a one line summary. You keep a tracker of every open ask so nothing gets lost.
Run contests and promotions. You will post the brief, remind creators mid run, track entries, confirm winners, and post the results. We will give you templates. You make them happen on time and follow up.

Get creators posting more. Check who received samples but has not posted, nudge them, share what is working, celebrate wins publicly in ---------- , and tell creators when they are close to unlocking the next commission tier.

Report weekly. A short scorecard: open asks, asks resolved, contest participation, creators who posted, creators who moved up a tier.

Hours

20-30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with a short weekend check in. Coverage must include US evening hours (roughly 5pm to 9pm US Central), because that is when creators are active. A morning block in your time zone plus an evening block works well. We are not looking for 24/7 availability and we do not measure you on response seconds. We measure you on creators answered, contests delivered, and creators posting.

You are a fit if...

You have worked with creators, affiliates, or influencers before, or you have been one. You understand samples, commissions, and why a creator stops posting.
Your written English is natural and warm. You can write a reply a 22 year old US creator would be happy to receive.
You are organized. You like trackers, follow ups, and closing loops.
You are outgoing in text. You can hype an affiliate win and handle a complaint in the same hour.
You have used ---------- as a mod or active member, and you know TikTok well.
You can commit to fixed hours for at least 6 months.

Nice to have

Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, Euka, or similar creator CRM tools a huge plus!
