JOB OVERVIEW

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a master task tracker across all projects, with owners, deadlines, and status
• Coordinate our virtual team (assistant, video editor, designer) so work is assigned, followed up on, and delivered on time
• Run weekly planning: what's due, what's late, and what's the priority
• Manage the founder's calendar and block time for key projects
• Turn ideas and voice notes into clear action plans and checklists
• Help maintain SOPs and keep our Google Drive organized
• Send a short end-of-week progress report

Requirements

• At least 2 years of project management or operations experience, ideally with a US small business or online brand
• Strong written English and clear communication
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following up with people
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Notion)
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Reliable internet and a backup power source

Bonus

• Experience with GoHighLevel
• Experience in the beauty, salon, or wellness industry
• Experience managing other VAs
