JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced e-commerce marketing professional with a demonstrated ability to create engaging content that converts into measurable sales.

Applicants MUST:

Have previous hands-on marketing experience with a retail e-commerce business.
Demonstrate proven, measurable results in driving website traffic, customer engagement, conversions, and sales.
Have experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, email marketing, SMS campaigns, and social media management.
Be proficient in creating engaging, high-quality reels and product-focused marketing content.
Understand marketing analytics, campaign performance, and return on investment (ROI).
Be highly creative, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.

Social Media Portfolio: A link to at least one retail e-commerce social media account you have personally managed.

90-Day Analytics: Performance analytics from a 90-day period demonstrating measurable results from an account or campaign you managed. Include reach, engagement, website traffic, conversions, and sales data where available.

Creative Reel Sample: At least one original promotional reel you personally created for a retail product or e-commerce brand.

Relevant Experience: A brief overview of your retail e-commerce marketing experience, including specific results you helped achieve.

Resume and Availability: Your updated resume and confirmation of your earliest available start date.

IMPORTANT: Previous retail e-commerce marketing experience and supporting performance results are non-negotiable. Applications missing any required materials will not be considered.

Contract & Growth Opportunity

Position: Seasonal E-Commerce Marketing Assistant
Schedule: Remote | 15 Hours Weekly
Compensation: Starting at $5 USD per Hour
Contract: 90 Days | Immediate Start

This position supports our November 1 holiday campaign launch.

Potential for Extension and Increased Hours

This is a 90-day seasonal contract with the opportunity for extension and increased weekly hours based on demonstrated performance, measurable sales growth, marketing ROI, and evolving business needs.

We are looking for someone who can contribute to the brand’s growth, not simply maintain its social media presence.
