JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Senior HR Manager to oversee full-cycle human resources operations for our growing remote workforce, ensuring strong employee relations, compliance, and talent retention.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Lead recruitment strategies for remote staff, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top-tier talent aligned with company culture.

Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee relations, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and ensure adherence to local labor standards and remote work policies (including documentation like W-8BEN compliance for international staff).

Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth, accurate input for monthly payroll, allowances, and benefits administration.

HR Operations & Policy Enforcement: Maintain employee records, update the employee handbook, and implement retention programs to boost morale and minimize turnover.

Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, resolving conflicts fairly and confidentially.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably managing remote or offshore teams within a BPO environment.

Solid understanding of remote workforce management, performance management systems, and labor compliance.

High emotional intelligence, absolute discretion with sensitive information, and strong ethical standards.

Impeccable English communication and negotiation skills.
