Facebook & Instagram Ads Expert | Meta Ads, Lead Generation & Scaling

Job Type: Part-Time / Long-Term Opportunity

Compensation: $100/month starting budget for limited part-time campaign management. Additional projects negotiated separately.

Location: Remote, Philippines

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are FL Cleanup, a U.S.-based restoration company serving South Florida.

We specialize in water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage cleanup, and professional odor removal services.

We are looking for an experienced, affordable, and results-driven Facebook and Instagram Ads Specialist who can help us generate qualified leads, increase booked appointments, and scale profitable advertising campaigns.

Our main advertising focus is a professional odor removal service priced at approximately $997 per completed job.

Our goal is to grow this service significantly throughout 2027, targeting 1,005 completed odor removal jobs by the end of the year.

We need someone who understands Meta Ads Manager, local lead generation, conversion tracking, creative testing, and campaign optimization.

We are not looking for someone who only boosts posts or creates basic social media content.

We want someone who can manage campaigns, analyze results, improve performance, and help us generate actual paying customers.

1. FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM ADS MANAGEMENT

- Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Review and improve existing Meta Ads Manager campaigns.
- Build campaigns focused on qualified leads and booked appointments.
- Select appropriate campaign objectives.
- Research and test relevant audiences.
- Configure geographic targeting for South Florida.
- Test different advertising creatives and messages.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly.
- Identify underperforming ads and recommend improvements.
- Scale successful campaigns carefully.
- Follow Meta advertising policies.

2. LEAD GENERATION & CONVERSIONS

Our priority is generating qualified leads that turn into completed, paying jobs.

Responsibilities include:

- Create and optimize Meta lead generation campaigns.
- Test instant forms versus landing pages.
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Reduce wasted advertising spend.
- Coordinate lead delivery into our CRM.
- Work with GoHighLevel when needed.
- Monitor lead response and appointment booking performance.
- Help improve follow-up automation.
- Track lead sources and campaign performance.
- Identify which ads produce actual booked and completed jobs.

3. CREATIVE TESTING & AD IMPROVEMENTS

We already have advertising concepts and creative assets that can be tested.

Responsibilities include:

- Review existing videos, reels, images, and advertising copy.
- Recommend stronger hooks and calls to action.
- Test multiple creative variations.
- Improve advertising headlines and descriptions.
- Recommend new creative concepts.
- Identify winning ads using performance data.
- Help prevent creative fatigue.
- Work with our team to produce additional ad variations.

Basic Canva or CapCut experience is a plus.

4. TRACKING, ANALYTICS & REPORTING

- Set up and verify Meta Pixel tracking.
- Understand Meta Conversions API.
- Track leads, appointments, booked jobs, and completed jobs where data is available.
- Monitor cost per lead.
- Monitor cost per qualified lead.
- Track cost per booked appointment.
- Track cost per completed job.
- Monitor advertising return on investment.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Provide clear weekly performance reports.

We want reports that show business results, not just impressions, likes, and clicks.

5. CAMPAIGN OPTIMIZATION & SCALING

Our objective is to develop a repeatable, profitable customer acquisition system.

Responsibilities include:

- Test campaigns using controlled budgets.
- Identify winning audiences, offers, and creatives.
- Improve lead quality.
- Reduce cost per booked job.
- Recommend budget adjustments based on actual performance.
- Scale profitable campaigns gradually.
- Identify problems affecting campaign performance.
- Provide practical recommendations for growth.

Our long-term business goal is to complete 1,005 odor removal jobs in 2027. This is a business growth target, not a guaranteed advertising result.

6. ADDITIONAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

Although FL Cleanup will be the initial priority, we also manage other business and nonprofit projects.

Successful candidates may have opportunities to assist with additional Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns in the future.

Additional responsibilities and compensation would be agreed upon separately.

7. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Facebook and Instagram lead generation.
- Meta Ads Manager.
- Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Meta Conversions API knowledge.
- Campaign testing and optimization.
- Local service business advertising.
- Lead form and landing page optimization.
- Understanding of cost per lead and cost per acquisition.
- Google Sheets reporting.
- Good written English.
- Ability to work independently.

Experience with GoHighLevel, Canva, CapCut, and U.S. home service businesses is preferred.

8. COMPENSATION

Our starting budget is $100/month for approximately 5 hours per week of limited campaign management.

We prefer a fixed monthly arrangement with clearly defined responsibilities and deliverables.

Additional campaign builds, creative production, advanced tracking setups, and work for other businesses may be negotiated as separate fixed-price projects.

We are looking for an affordable, reliable specialist interested in a long-term working relationship.

9. HOW TO APPLY

Please answer ALL questions:

1. How many years have you managed Facebook and Instagram ads?
2. Have you generated leads for U.S. local service businesses?
3. Have you managed campaigns for restoration, cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, or similar industries?
4. What was your average cost per lead in your previous campaigns?
5. How do you improve lead quality and reduce wasted advertising spend?
6. How would you advertise a $997 odor removal service?
7. Have you worked with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and GoHighLevel?
8. Can you provide examples or screenshots of previous advertising results, with confidential information removed?
9. What would you include in a $100/month campaign management package?
10. Are you available for a video interview within the next seven days?

IMPORTANT: Start your application with the words "META ADS EXPERT" so we know you read the complete job description.

We are looking for someone proactive, dependable, affordable, and focused on generating real business results.

Thank you. We look forward to reviewing your application.
