The Opportunity
We are hiring a sales-minded systems designer who can take an unclear operational problem, diagnose what is actually wrong, recommend a practical solution, and guide it through testing. You will improve the processes behind our seller acquisition team, not simply maintain a CRM or follow a task list.
What You Will Own
• Diagnose bottlenecks in lead contact, qualification, follow-up, handoffs, and pipeline conversion.
• Design simple, usable sales workflows and decision rules; reduce unnecessary steps and complexity.
• Translate approved workflows into CRM requirements, templates, automations, and operating instructions.
• Coordinate implementation with our execution coordinator; test with the lead manager and refine.
• Present recommendations with clear reasoning, trade-offs, and the few decisions requiring CEO approval.
You May Be a Fit If You
• Have personally designed and improved sales processes, not just implemented someone else's instructions.
• Understand how sales teams work: lead response, qualification, follow-up discipline, and conversion.
• Can turn ambiguity into a clear recommendation and practical workflow with limited supervision.
• Can work confidently with CRMs, automation tools, spreadsheets, and process documentation.
• Communicate clearly in English and have experience supporting U.S.-facing sales teams.
Real estate acquisitions experience is preferred, not required. REsimpli experience is helpful, not required. We value sound judgment and simplicity more than a long software list.
Engagement & Success
• Initial commitment: Approximately 10 hours/week on a 30-day paid pilot.
• Budget: Up to $18/hr, based on demonstrated capability.
• Schedule: Requires reasonable overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours.
• Growth opportunity: Hours may expand if results justify it.
Success means a meaningful operational problem moves from diagnosis to a tested improvement with minimal CEO design time.
How to Apply
Submit the following:
• A résumé or relevant work history.
• A brief written example (150–250 words) of a sales-process problem you personally diagnosed and redesigned. Explain the problem, your decision, what changed, and how you verified the result.
• Your hourly rate, availability, and time zone.
• The CRM platforms you have used.
Shortlisted applicants will complete a small paid practical exercise.
Please do not send a generic automation portfolio without explaining your own decision-making and role in the work.
