JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative, ambitious and proactive Ad Video Editor to join the MPDS Streetlifting team.
MPDS is growing, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us for the long term.
We’re a young and driven team. We work hard, move fast and are constantly looking for ways to improve. We’re not looking for someone who simply waits for a brief, creates a video ad and moves on.

We want someone who thinks with us.

Someone who understands our brand and customers, comes up with fresh ideas, spots opportunities and helps us create better-performing ads week after week.

? What you’ll be doing
- Creating and editing video ads from our 1000+ clips of people using our products
- Developing new hooks, concepts and creative angles
- Turning existing footage into fresh, performance-focused creatives
- Researching and coming up with new ideas for Meta Ads
- Helping us organize our creatives and build a clear creative structure
- Building a system for testing, tracking and improving ad concepts
- Learning from winning and losing creatives to improve future ads
- Working directly with our team on the MPDS creative direction and growth


This isn’t just an editing position. We want you to think creatively and strategically about what we should test next and why.
? Start Part-Time → Grow Into Full-Time
We want to build the collaboration step by step.
Weeks 1–2: 20 hours per week
Weeks 3–4: 30 hours per week
After the first month: 40 hours per week / full-time

If we’re both happy with the collaboration after the first month, our goal is to bring you into the team full-time for the long term.

? Experience
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in:
- Ad video creative / creative strategy
- E-commerce or performance marketing
- Meta Ads creatives
- Direct-response video ads

You should understand that a great ad isn’t just about looking good, it needs to grab attention, communicate the right message and drive results.

You should be comfortable working with:
- Adobe Premiere Pro +
- Adobe Photoshop +
- Canva +
- Video Editing +
- Static Ad Design +
- AI Softwares like Chat-gpt - Kling etc.
