JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for an experienced, creative Instagram assistant who understands Instagram’s Trial Reels feature and knows how to use it to grow an established account organically.

I’m a spiritual teacher and content creator with approximately 100K Instagram followers. My content focuses on spirituality, astrology, feminine wisdom, and transformational experiences.

My goal is to reach new audiences, grow my following, and bring more people into my work through consistent Trial Reels testing.

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish approximately 5 Trial Reels per day (150/month).
• Repurpose existing B-roll, talking videos, and other content into multiple variations.
• Experiment with different hooks, text overlays, captions, and formats.
• Create simple original Reels using my existing content library.
• Track views, reach, profile visits, and followers gained.
• Identify successful Reels and develop additional variations.
• Provide a brief weekly performance report.

I’m looking for someone who understands Instagram growth, has strong instincts for attention-grabbing hooks, and can work independently while respecting my brand voice.

Requirements:

• Direct experience with Instagram Trial Reels preferred.
• Experience growing creator or personal-brand accounts organically.
• Comfortable using Instagram Edits, CapCut, or Canva.
• Excellent written English.
• Able to demonstrate previous results.

Budget: $250–$300/month, starting with a paid 30-day trial.

To apply, please answer:

1. Have you used Instagram Trial Reels? What results have you achieved?
2. How would you turn one 10-second B-roll clip into five different Trial Reels?
3. Can you realistically produce and publish 150 simple Trial Reels per month within this budget?
4. Please share examples of Instagram accounts or Reels you’ve worked on.

I’m looking for someone interested in a long-term working relationship if the initial trial goes well.
