JOB OVERVIEW

We're Amazing Wellness, a busy spinal decompression and neuropathy clinic in Naples, Florida. We help people with back pain, sciatica and nerve pain get their lives back without surgery or more pills.

We're growing fast and need a full-time GoHighLevel specialist to join our team long term. You'll turn our ideas into working funnels, run our email and SMS marketing, and keep our content going out every day. We create new lead magnets, quizzes, landing pages and campaigns every month, and we need someone who can build them quickly, cleanly, and keep them running.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Funnels:
- Build funnels and landing pages in GoHighLevel from our written specs (we give you the copy, structure and scripts)
- Build interactive quizzes and surveys with scoring, conditional redirects and personalized results pages
- Set up calendars, Stripe checkout, products and order forms
- Install and test Meta Pixel, Conversions API and UTM tracking
- Duplicate and adapt existing funnels for new offers
- Fix anything that breaks and keep everything clean and organized

Automations, email and SMS marketing:
- Create automation triggers and workflows for every stage: new leads, booked visits, no-shows, new patients, and past patients
- Set up tags, custom fields, internal alerts and tasks for our front desk
- Build and send email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, events, patient education)
- Write and set up SMS campaigns and reminders
- Build nurture sequences that keep leads engaged until they book
- Set up reactivation campaigns for past patients and leads who never booked
- Segment our contact list with tags so the right people get the right messages
- Track open rates, click rates and bookings from each campaign, and improve what isn't working

Social media:
- Schedule and publish our posts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) using GoHighLevel's Social Planner
- Work daily with our video editor: collect finished videos, add captions and hashtags, and keep the content calendar full
- Organize and label ad creatives so they're easy to find and launch
- Share a simple weekly summary of which posts performed best

Reporting:
- Send a weekly report on leads, bookings, campaign results and funnel conversion rates

Bonus: design simple lead magnet PDFs and graphics in Canva

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU
- Have at least 1 year of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
- Have built quizzes or surveys that score answers and route people to different pages
- Are strong with GHL workflows, triggers, tags and custom values
- Have experience building email campaigns and automated sequences in GoHighLevel (or similar tools like ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo or Mailchimp)
- Are organized and reliable with deadlines (content goes out every day)
- Write clear, simple English
- Test everything before you say it's done
- Can work at least 4 hours overlapping with US Eastern time (9am to 5pm ET)
- Want a long-term, stable, full-time role

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with healthcare, chiropractic, or local service business funnels
- A2P 10DLC setup experience
- Experience with GHL Social Planner or Meta Business Suite
- Canva skills

DETAILS
- Full time, 40 hours per week
