JOB OVERVIEW

Sleek Clean is a growing cleaning company serving the Cleveland, Ohio area. We’re looking for an organized, proactive virtual assistant to help us find potential customers, follow up with inquiries, and schedule cleaning quotes and property walkthroughs.

We serve residential customers and are expanding our recurring cleaning services for apartment hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and other common areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research apartment communities, property management companies, and other potential commercial cleaning customers.
• Find and verify business contact information and identify the person responsible for hiring cleaning vendors.
• Organize and maintain our lead list without duplicate or outdated entries.
• Contact prospects using approved emails and phone scripts.
• Follow up with incoming inquiries from Facebook, Thumbtack, our business phone, and other sources.
• Gather property details, cleaning needs, service location, frequency, and preferred dates.
• Schedule qualified quote appointments and property walkthroughs.
• Keep customer records, conversations, and next steps updated in Jobber and our tracking spreadsheet.
• Send a brief daily report showing leads researched, outreach completed, responses, appointments booked, and items needing owner attention.

Accurate leads, prompt follow-up, professional communication, and qualified appointments that our team can attend. We value quality conversations and consistent follow-through.

You will use approved pricing and messaging. Final pricing, discounts, and contract commitments require owner approval.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience with lead generation, customer follow-up, appointment setting, or outbound business calls.
• Confidence speaking professionally with U.S. customers and property managers.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet, a computer, a headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Ability to work agreed hours overlapping with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Willingness to learn Jobber, our business phone system, and our lead-tracking process.

Experience supporting a cleaning company, home-service business, or property management company is a plus.

POSITION DETAILS

• Remote.
• Part-time to start: approximately 20 hours per week.
• Potential to grow as the business develops.
• Compensation based on experience. Please include your requested hourly rate in USD.
• Training on our services, service area, scripts, and systems will be provided.
